Ranch Hang Gliding Club provides a truly unique and fun community atmosphere
for students, pilots, and their families and friends.
Your Satisfaction is Guaranteed.Ranch Facts: The Wallaby Ranch Hang Gliding Club operates out of a former 200-acre cattle ranch. The take-off and landing field alone encompasses more than 45 acres of level green grass, free of rocks and power lines (huge for a hang gliding site). The Ranch is open every day of the year and someone is here 24 hours a day. We have 4 aerotugs, which ensures that everyone can get in the air quickly. We have 7 full-time ranch-hands and lots of regulars who pitch in and help. We look forward to your visit.
This is how students see the Wallaby Ranch during their first lesson:
We use the latest tandem aerotowing techniques to provide the safest, most enjoyable hang gliding education possible. But the fun doesn't stop once you're back on the ground. Many comforts and toys around besides hang gliders.
You'll love the Ranch Attitude--easygoing and laid back. You may never want to leave.
By now you must be wondering, how do I get to the Wallaby Ranch?
And, how can I use the nearby attractions to convince my family that we are off to Florida for vacation?
Or, you may have some Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) about flying at the ranch.
